Free Trial & Pricing: DeepCrest is $97/month, cancel any time. If you hold a discount code or an offer we have issued you, it is applied at checkout and its terms are shown before you pay. We don't offer a free trial. Instead, if DeepCrest isn't right for you within 14 days of payment, request a full refund—no questions asked. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
Payment: Pay by credit/debit card via Dodo Payments (our payment processor). Listed prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT/GST). We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee—if DeepCrest isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Your Responsibilities: Use the Service for its intended purpose—building authority through content. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a final draft. Review, edit, and ensure accuracy before publishing. You are responsible for all content you publish using DeepCrest. Don't resell access, reverse engineer the platform, or share your login credentials.
Our Responsibilities: Deliver a reliable service, keep your data secure, and help you succeed—including 1:1 onboarding for founding members. AI-generated content is a tool, not a guarantee. We can't promise 100% uptime, perfect accuracy, or flawless performance on every device.
Liability: Both parties have limited liability as described in Section 10, except where law requires full liability (like fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury). Our maximum liability is the greater of $1,000 or what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Disputes: Resolved under Indian law, in Indian courts. We encourage informal resolution first—just email us at support@deepcrest.ai before filing any legal claims.

1. Agreement Overview
1.1 Who This Agreement Applies To
This is a legally binding agreement between you and DeepCrest ("we," "us," or "our"). DeepCrest is operated by RevivalBytes AI Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Durgapur, West Bengal, India. In these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean RevivalBytes AI Labs LLP.
Using our website, creating an account, or subscribing to DeepCrest ("Service" or "Platform") means you accept these Terms. Subscribing also means you accept the billing sections, Section 4 (Subscription & Billing) and Section 9 (Cancellation & Refunds). If you disagree, you may not use the Service.
1.2 Professional & Business Use
DeepCrest is built for consultants, coaches, and knowledge solopreneurs who create content to build authority and attract clients.
What this means:
This Service is intended for commercial or professional purposes, including:
- •Building authority and thought leadership in your niche
- •Creating content that attracts consulting or coaching clients
- •Establishing yourself as the go-to expert in your field
- •Publishing consistently without spending hours on content logistics
Important:
If you're located in the European Union, UK, or a jurisdiction with consumer protection laws, you acknowledge that you are purchasing DeepCrest for business/professional purposes and not as a consumer for personal, household, or family use.
Why this matters:
Consumer protection laws provide additional rights (extended return periods, cooling-off periods, etc.) that don't apply to business purchases. By using DeepCrest for business purposes, both you and we operate under commercial terms.
If you're just starting out:
Many of our members are building their businesses. If you're creating content to establish credibility, attract clients, or grow a consulting or coaching practice (even a side business), you're using DeepCrest for its intended purpose. If you're purely creating content as a hobby with no business intent, DeepCrest may not be the right fit.
2. Service Description
2.1 What DeepCrest Does
DeepCrest is an AI-powered content system that helps consultants and coaches build authority in their niche. The platform:
- •Scans your niche twice per week and delivers 30-40 tailored content ideas to your dashboard
- •Generates content for LinkedIn, Substack Notes, Twitter, and newsletters—ready to edit and publish
- •Extracts ideas from YouTube videos, audio files, and PDFs
- •Maintains your voice using your brand foundation (audience, topics, tone)
2.2 What's Included
All members receive:
- •Autopilot idea generation (twice per week)
- •Content generation for LinkedIn posts, Substack Notes, tweets, threads, and newsletters
- •Manual idea generation from YouTube, audio, and PDFs
- •Brand foundation setup (your niche, audience, voice, topics)
- •3-month content calendar
Founding Members (first 100) also receive:
- •1:1 onboarding call with the founder—leave with content ideas tailored to your niche and your first posts ready to publish
- •Direct access to the founder for support and feedback
We reserve the right to:
- •Modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice
- •Change supported content sources or platforms
- • Update pricing for new subscriptions (existing members notified 30 days in advance)
- •Discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice
2.3 Content Sources
DeepCrest generates content ideas from two sources:
Autopilot Scanning: We scan publicly available content related to your niche twice per week to identify trends and generate tailored content ideas. Sources may include blogs, publications, and social platforms. These sources may change based on technical availability, platform policies, or business decisions.
Your Uploads: You can upload YouTube video links, audio files, and PDFs to generate additional content ideas.
Your Responsibility: You must have the right to use any content you upload. You agree to comply with applicable platform terms of service and usage policies.
Our Responsibility: We make reasonable efforts to ensure our scanning and processing of content complies with applicable terms and laws. We do not store or redistribute original third-party content.
2.4 Products Sold Through Third-Party Marketplaces
Some of our digital products, such as ebooks and playbooks, are sold through third-party marketplaces rather than by us. Those purchases are governed by that marketplace's terms and by what is stated on the product page at the time of purchase, including its refund terms.
Content you purchase from us is licensed for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute it.
3. Account Creation & Access
3.1 Creating an Account
To use the Service, you create a DeepCrest account and complete checkout for a subscription. Your subscription starts when that payment succeeds.
We may stage or limit who can sign up at any given time, for example through invitations, applications or a waitlist, and we may decline or withdraw access. How you reach the Service does not change these Terms.
3.2 Registration Requirements
To create your account and subscribe, you must:
- •Provide a valid email address
- •Provide accurate, current information
- •Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- •Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- •Complete payment for your subscription
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately at support@deepcrest.ai if you suspect unauthorized access
You agree NOT to:
- •Share your account credentials with others
- •Allow unauthorized individuals to access your account
- •Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
3.4 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- •You violate these Terms
- •Your payment fails repeatedly
- •You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
- •Required by law or legal process
You may cancel your account at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support@deepcrest.ai.
4. Subscription & Billing
4.1 No Free Trial
Our website, the short check on it and the resources we publish are free to use and need no card. The DeepCrest app is a paid subscription.
DeepCrest does not offer a free trial of the app unless we expressly say so. Instead, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If DeepCrest isn't right for you within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact support@deepcrest.ai for a full refund.
4.2 Pricing
DeepCrest is $97/month, and you may cancel any time.
Discounts: If you hold a discount code or an offer we have issued you, it is applied at checkout and its terms are shown before you pay.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax).
4.3 Payment Processing
Payment Method:
- •We use Dodo Payments as our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your subscription and handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes on our behalf
- •You authorize automatic charges to your payment method
- •You must keep payment information current
- •All payments in USD (currency conversion fees may apply)
Billing Cycle:
- •Charged on the same day each month
- •First charge occurs when you complete checkout
- •If you hold a discount code or an offer we have issued you, it is applied at checkout and its terms are shown before you pay
- •Once that discount has run for the number of billing cycles stated in its terms, months are charged at $97
4.4 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Renewal Terms:
- •Subscriptions renew monthly at $97, unless a discount you hold still has billing cycles remaining
- •You'll receive email notification before renewal
- •A discount applies for the number of billing cycles stated in its own terms, which are shown to you at checkout before you pay

4.5 Price Changes
We may change pricing for:
- •New subscriptions: Anytime, with notice on the pricing page
- •Existing subscriptions: With 30 days' written notice before your next renewal
You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you disagree with the increase.
4.6 Taxes & Fees
- •Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax)
- •Taxes calculated based on your billing address
- •Payment processor fees (Dodo Payments) are included in listed prices
5. Usage Limits & Fair Use
5.1 Credit System
DeepCrest uses a credit-based system. All members receive 500 credits per month.
Your everyday work is included in your plan and consumes no credits. That covers:
- •Generating content ideas (autopilot or manual uploads)
- •Creating LinkedIn posts, Substack Notes, tweets, threads, or newsletters
Credits apply only to advanced work that is clearly marked as costing credits, with its cost shown before you start it. We reserve the right to adjust those costs with reasonable notice.
Credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
5.2 Fair Use Policy
DeepCrest is designed for reasonable business use. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that:
- •Exceed usage limits through automated scraping or bot behavior
- •Attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- •Degrade service performance for other users
- •Resell or redistribute access to the Service
If we suspect abuse: We'll contact you first to resolve the issue before taking action.
6. Your Responsibilities
6.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use DeepCrest:
- •For building authority and thought leadership content
- •In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- •In accordance with these Terms
- •Responsibly and ethically
6.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- •Resell or redistribute: Sell, resell, license, or provide access to the Service to unauthorized parties
- •Reverse engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- •Violate laws: Use the Service for illegal purposes, including violating data protection or privacy laws
- •Interfere with Service: Spam, hack, or otherwise disrupt the Service or other users' access
- •Infringe rights: Use the Service to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- •Misrepresent identity: Impersonate others or provide false information
- •Automate abuse: Use bots, scrapers, or automation to exceed usage limits
6.3 Content Compliance
AI-generated content is a starting point, not a final draft.
You agree to:
- •Review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before publishing
- •Comply with the original content creator's terms and licenses when using third-party content
- •Respect intellectual property rights and copyright
- •Not use generated content to create plagiarized or infringing material
- •Not publish AI-generated content that falsely claims personal experiences you haven't had
- •Use content ethically and in accordance with platform policies
You are responsible for all content you publish using DeepCrest.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 DeepCrest's IP
We own all rights to:
- •The DeepCrest platform, software, and algorithms
- •Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- •The Service architecture and design
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.
7.2 Your Content & Ideas
You own:
- •Content you upload to DeepCrest (if you created it)
- •Ideas, notes, and content generated by the Service for your account—these are yours to edit, publish, and use however you like
- •Any derivative works you create using DeepCrest's output
You grant us a limited license to:
- •Store and process your data to provide the Service
- •Use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service
- •Display your content within your account
We will NOT:
- •Claim ownership of your ideas or content
- •Share your specific content with other users
- •Sell your personal data to third parties
7.3 Third-Party Content
DeepCrest analyzes publicly available content from third-party sources. That content remains the property of its original creators. DeepCrest generates derivative ideas and insights—it does not reproduce or store full original content.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Privacy Policy

- •You can export or delete your data at any time

8.2 Data Retention
- •Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while your subscription is active
- •Canceled accounts: Data retained for 30 days after cancellation (in case you return)
- •After 30 days: Data permanently deleted (except billing records required by law)
8.3 Data Requests
You may request:
- •Access: A copy of your personal data
- •Correction: Updates to inaccurate data
- •Deletion: Immediate account and data deletion
- •Export: Machine-readable copy of your data

9. Cancellation & Refunds
9.1 How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via:
- •Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- •Email to support@deepcrest.ai
Upon cancellation:
- •You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- •No refund for unused portion of current billing period (except as noted below)
- •Data retained for 30 days, then deleted
- •Subscription does not renew
9.2 Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- •If DeepCrest isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment
- •Contact support@deepcrest.ai with your refund request
- •Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
After 14 Days:
- •No refunds for monthly subscription payments
- •You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of current billing period
Exceptions:
- •Service failure on our end (48+ hours downtime): Prorated refund or credit
- •Billing error: Full refund of incorrect charge
- •Unauthorized charge: Full refund (if reported within 30 days)
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
10.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPCREST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- •Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- •Non-infringement of third-party rights
- •Accuracy, reliability, or quality of results
- •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- •Accuracy of AI-generated content—you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing
10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- •Indirect damages: Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- •Consequential damages: Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- •Incidental damages: Costs of procuring substitute services
- •Punitive damages: Exemplary or punitive damages
TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $1,000 USD, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.3 Exceptions to Limitations
These limitations do NOT apply to:
- •Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- •Gross negligence or willful misconduct
- •Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- •Liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, India.
11.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@deepcrest.ai to attempt informal resolution. We'll work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- •Email notification (30 days' advance notice)
- •In-app notification
- •Update to "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription before changes take effect.
12.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. The invalid part is applied as closely as the law allows to what it was meant to do.
12.3 Assignment
We may transfer these Terms, and our rights and obligations under them, to another company as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of the business that runs DeepCrest. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.
12.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace any earlier understanding, discussion or statement about it.
12.5 Events Outside Our Control
Neither you nor we are liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as an internet or hosting outage, the failure of a third-party provider the Service depends on, a natural disaster, war, or a change in law. If such an event prevents us from providing the Service for more than 30 days in a row, either of us may end the subscription.
12.6 Notices
We send notices to the email address on your account, or by posting them in the app or on this page. A notice is treated as received on the day it is sent or posted, so please keep your email address current. Send notices to us at support@deepcrest.ai.
12.7 Survival
The parts of these Terms that are meant to outlast the agreement continue to apply after your subscription ends: any fees already owed under Section 4, and Sections 6 (Your Responsibilities), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Privacy & Data Protection), 10 (Disclaimers & Limitations), 11 (Dispute Resolution) and this Section 12.
13. Definitions
Applicable Law:
Any legally binding law, regulation, rule, or court order applicable to either party.
Service / Platform:
The DeepCrest AI-powered content system, including the website, web application, and all related services.
Subscription:
Your monthly subscription to DeepCrest at $97/month, cancel any time.
Founding Member:
One of the first 100 subscribers, who receives additional benefits including 1:1 onboarding and direct founder access.
Money-Back Guarantee:
The 14-day period after your first payment during which you may request a full refund.
Credits:
The monthly usage allowance (500 per month) for advanced work that is marked as costing credits. Your everyday work — generating ideas, creating posts — is included in your plan and consumes none.
User / You:
The individual or business entity that has created a DeepCrest account and agreed to these Terms.
