These terms apply to deepcrest.ai, its free resources and the Substack Operating System waitlist. The website is operated by RevivalBytes AI Labs LLP, India, under the DeepCrest name. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

What is available now

The site provides information, free resources and a product waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a paid subscription, reserve a price, guarantee a launch date or require you to buy anything.

Substack Operating System is in development. Product descriptions explain the intended finished experience. Examples and demonstrations marked illustrative are not a live version of the product. The final package, supported apps and subscriptions, price and purchase terms will be stated before a sale.

Using the resources

You may read, download, copy and adapt our free prompts and resources for your own personal or business work, including work you create for clients, unless a resource states different terms. You may share links to the resources.

You may not resell our resources as a standalone collection, republish a substantial part of the library as your own, remove attribution from redistributed source material, or use our branding to imply an affiliation or endorsement without permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights and any stated licence.

Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, bypass security, send abusive automated requests, collect other people’s personal information through it or submit someone else’s email without permission. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying work you create with the resources, including AI output, before relying on or publishing it.

Resources are educational. They do not guarantee accuracy, audience growth, income, time savings or any particular business outcome. They do not replace professional advice where it is needed.

Emails and external services

When you join the waitlist, you ask to receive the welcome and occasional product-update emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved.

Newsletter subscriptions on Substack and other external services are subject to those services’ terms. Any AI subscription you choose to use is supplied by its provider. DeepCrest does not represent or speak for OpenAI, Anthropic or Substack.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful and available, but content may contain errors and access may be interrupted. We may update resources or suspend access where needed to maintain the site or address misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, the free website and resources are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet every requirement or be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes rights attached to a previous purchase.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these website terms by posting a dated revision. Material changes will be communicated where required. The laws of India apply, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
