Purchases and refunds

Last updated: 11 October 2026

The website and waitlist are free

DeepCrest currently offers free resources and a waitlist for Substack Operating System. This website does not take payments or sell a subscription. Joining the waitlist creates no charge or purchase commitment.

When a product goes on sale

The product, price, payment terms and applicable cancellation or refund policy will be shown before you purchase. No price or refund offer is being announced on this page.

Previous purchases

If you previously paid for a DeepCrest service, your purchase remains subject to the terms and refund policy that applied when you bought it, together with your rights under applicable law. This update does not remove those rights.

The previous service refund policy and previous service terms remain available for reference. For a purchase through a third-party seller, also check the terms supplied with that purchase.

For help, email tuhin@deepcrest.ai with your purchase email address and receipt or order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
